Commercial Real Estate Brokers Meeting

The City of Kirkland appreciates its partnership with the commercial real estate brokerage community. Your work is important to bringing new businesses to Kirkland and to promoting Kirkland as a great place to invest.

You are cordially invited to attend a Commercial Real Estate Brokers meeting hosted by the City of Kirkland Economic Development office. It will be held on Wednesday, May 13 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at Ryan James Fine Arts, located in Totem Lake at 11905 124th Avenue NE, Kirkland, WA 98034. Light breakfast items will be available.

Topics that will be covered include the City of Kirkland 2015 work plan, accomplishments and the planned redevelopment of both Parkplace and Totem Lake Mall.

The buyer is Village at Totem Lake LLC, which is made up of El Segundo, California-based CenterCal Properties and Pacific Coast Capital LLC, CenterCal's financial partner. They plan to redevelop the 1970s shopping mall.
